Jerald Louis Krichmar passed away, peacefully, on June 9, 2016 at 3:10 a.m. He'd been a dialysis patient for over 4 years and decided it was time to stop, he was tired. He was at home, held and surrounded by his loved ones when he passed. He was the eldest son of Sol and Esther Krichmar and was born April 7, 1942 in Reading, PA.

At 13 years of age, his family moved to Los Angeles, California. At 14, his family moved to La Mirada, CA where they lived until his college years.

Jerry met his wife, Camille Rojas, in 1966, and they were married a year later in August, 1967. August 2016 would have been 50 years of marriage together, a lifetime. They have one daughter; Lisa, two granddaughters, Kaitlin and Kirsten, and two great-grandsons, David and Parker.

He studied Electrical Engineering at Cal State Long Beach, and in 1977, he started own company, Micro-Tec West.

Jerry enjoyed anything having to do with cars, playing card games, watching old films, listening to Jazz music and spending time with his grandchildren.

Jerry passed away on June 9, 2016 due to Kidney Failure.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Camille Krichmar, daughter, Lisa Andrew, granddaughters, Kirsten Andrew and Kaitlin Willhoit, great-grandsons, Parker Andrew and David Willhoit, and Brother, Marvin Krichmar.
