For the 2004 annual Thanksgaving (the day AFTER Thanksgiving) feast, Cary invited us all to join him at his new vacation home in Northstar, which is near Truckee, CA.  This year we arrived on Thanksgaving Day and left the next morning.

Saturday turned out to include an unexpected snow storm, so we left pretty early after spending a bit of time digging out the cars.

The trip back home took twice as long as the trip to Cary's.
