On the first weekend of September, Alex and Barry came up from San Bruno to meet us and to go mushroom hunting with us.  Here is a picture of Alex with a mushroom she found.

During the following week, a new friend, Becky, came up from Concow to go mushroom hunting with me.

Jean and Lowell came for a few days the last part of September

Katy and Ernie came for a visit the first week of October.  Here they are with Cecelia at Drakesbad.

On Wednesday, October 8th, we finally went on an overnight stay by ourselves, at the Drakesbad resort.

On Friday, October 17th, Bjarne and Thad came for a 2-day visit.
