This year, Cary decided to have the annual day-after-Thanksgiving Feast, affectionately named Thanksgaving, catered at a local restaurant near his home. About 34 attended, including a few relatives on the his side that the Browns had never met, and a few on the Brown side who came for the first time.
 
Meeting some of these his relatives was also a first for Cary.
